Welcome to Laundry Layup. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of laundrylayup.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Laundry Layup, and "you" refers to the person using the Site or placing an order.

1. Who We Are
Laundry Layup is an online store selling the Layup Hoop over-the-door basketball laundry hamper. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

3. Products and Descriptions
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Product images may include props or styling that are not included with your order. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Promotions
All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices, products, or promotions at any time without notice. Bundle discounts (for example, "Buy 2" or "Buy 3" offers) are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is in your cart and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless stated otherwise. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes.

7. Shipping
We offer free shipping to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and instructions.

9. Product Use and Safety
The Layup Hoop is a laundry hamper designed to hang over a standard interior door. Please follow these guidelines:
- Install it according to the included instructions and make sure it is securely hooked over the door before use.
- It is not a toy for climbing, hanging, or pulling on. Do not hang on the rim or backboard.
- Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
- Do not overload the mesh bag beyond what it can reasonably hold.
- Check the hooks and parts regularly and stop using the product if any part is damaged.
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of the product.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Laundry Layup name and logo, product names, text, graphics, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Laundry Layup and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews, Comments and Feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you give us permission to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. You agree that your content will be truthful, will not violate anyone's rights, and will not contain anything unlawful or offensive.

12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, submit false information, interfere with the Site's security or operation, or attempt to access data that is not meant for you.
