Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you and your kids to love the Layup Hoop. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return
Email us at support@laundrylayup.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@laundrylayup.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
